1. Generally

Subject to the stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be the stock counts discrepancy and we will not be able to dispatch all your products at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you available products, and contact you about whether you would rather wait for the reintroduction of product stated in your order or if you would want us to process a refund.

2. Transportation Costs

Transportation costs are calculated during the inspection based on a weight, dimensions and destination of the products in the order. Payment for transport shall be included into the order.

This price shall be the final price for transportation costs to the customer.

3. Returning the Goods

3.1 Returning the Goods Due To the Change of Your Decision

ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. will happily accept your request for returning the goods sent to us within 14 days from the receipt of the consignment and unused goods sent to us in an original packaging, and in the state of the possible following sale.

The return consignment shall be paid at the customer’s expense and the customer will have to ensure even his/her own transport.

Once the payments are returned and received, the payments for a credit saving for the future purchase shall be returned. Once this notification shall be finished, we will inform you via email. When the refund will be received and approved, the refund shall be processed for the credit saving on your account at the online store which may be used for the following order. If everything shall be processed, we will inform you via email.

ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. will return the value of the returned goods but WILL NOT RETURN the paid sum for the transport.

3.2 Warranty for Returning the Goods

ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. will respect all valid warranties, in case that the complaint shall be applied within 90 days from the goods delivery.

The customers will be required to prepay postage, however we will return postage based on the successful complaint. ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. will process the complaint within 7 working days after returning the goods for the complaint.

Once the complaint is approved, you will be given a choice of:

(a) the refund

(b) the credit return on your account at the online store

(c) the product replacement which was sent to you (if it is available in a warehouse)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 The Time of Domestic Transport

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

4.2 The Time of an International Transport

As a general rule, the orders sent internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Delivery time considerably differs from the chosen courier. We are able to offer more specific estimate during the choice of a courier at the cash desk.

4.3 Dispatch Time

The orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from the order payment. We dispatch shipments from Monday - Friday during standard working hours, except for national holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipment delays will be limited to the minimum.

4.4 The Change of Delivery Address

For the change of requirements to the delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is sent.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. will send to P.O. Box addresses only by means of postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Delivery to the Military Areas

We are able to delivery to the military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.



4.7 Items Which Are Not In Store

If an item is not in store, we will wait for the item to be available before sending of an order. Existing items in the order will be reserved when waiting for the storage of this item.

4.8 Exceeded Delivery Time

If delivery time has exceeded the anticipated time, please contact us in order to solve this problem.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is sent, the customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates which will be provided by the shipper.

6. Damaged Products During Transport

If you find out that the shipment has been damaged during transport, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

The sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as shown on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be obliged to pay upon arriving in the country of destination. This varies by country, and ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. informs you in order to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay fees and taxes upon arriving in the country of destination, the goods will be returned to ROYAL WATCH, s.r.o. at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a compensation for the value of paid goods, minus the costs for the reshipment. The costs for the initial transport will not be returned.

8. Cancellation

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellation at any time before sending of an order. If the order has already been dispatched, please take a look in our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured in case of loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for damaged shipment in transit

We will process the refund or replacement as soon as the courier finishes a claim investigation.
